First Class Driving School is the oldest and most respected
driving school in the Ark-La-Tex.
Our owner and Certified Trainer,
Bud Chauncy, has been making the
streets of Shreveport-Bossier
safer SINCE 1993. He is often
interviewed by
local media for his expertise
on traffic safety.
Mr. Chauncy, and our First Class
Team members, are involved in
community groups on reducing speeding,
underage drinking, child safety-seat
checks, railroad safety, teen
court, MADD and many other safety
advocacy groups. He speaks at
local, state and national levels.
“Mr. Bud” is past-President
of the Driving
School Association of Louisiana,
and Adminstrative Vice-president
of the Driving
School Association of Americas.
Our mission at First Class Driving School is to provide
each student with a foundation of knowledge and skill
to help them become a driver that proactively prevents
collisions.
In both the classroom and behind-the-wheel training, we
stress the serious responsibility of driving and the need
to drive safer and smarter.
